Where are PRANA Candles made? 

PRANA Candles are proudly handmade and hand poured in our Hamilton home studio, New Zealand. 

Where does your name PRANA come from? 

In the Hindu philosophy including yoga, PRANA means breath – the life-giving force. Our founder is a yoga enthusiast and we aim for our candles to candles add an extra layer of focus to your yoga routine and restorative practices, while also beautifying your home. 

Is my candle jar reusable? 

Absolutely. Once you have finished burning your candle, we encourage you to recycle or reuse the glass jar – they make really pretty storage containers 

What is the processing time? 

All our candles are made to order and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 days of order confirmation and payment. 

What is your courier policy? 

The delivery driver may leave the package at your door or mailbox if no one is at home to sign and receive it. If no one is home and you are uncomfortable for your goods to be left unattended please state this on your order. Your parcel will be taken back to the courier depot and a calling card will be left for you. We recommend that if you are at work during the day you should have your parcel delivered to your work address. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Returns 

You will be liable for any return charges of any unwanted items including where the item is faulty or damaged by a carrier service. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or it will not be accepted . Please note we cannot refund any carrier charges that are incurred in relation to returning unwanted or faulty items.

Discount Coupons, how do they work? 

If you are lucky enough to have a discount coupon, input it at the Checkout Page. Only one coupon can be used at a time. Please email hello.prana@outlook.com if your discount code isn’t working or you need help.
