Returns and Refunds & Shipping and Delivery
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you change your address and fail to update your details or post incorrect address information on the PRANA website during checkout, you will be liable for your order being posted to the wrong location. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays which fall outside the control of PRANA or our employees.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! We are always willing to help and if the product is defective we will endevour to replace the product free of charge excluding shipping. Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and not PRANA.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
